What you will achieve


Sabre Hospitality Solutions is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join the SynXis Platform team.   As part of the Platform Product team, this role is responsible for identifying, understanding, defining, and prioritizing business and market needs.   Responsible for new products and features and taking them through the product lifecycle.   The ideal candidate is smart, curious, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
 
In this role you will:
•    Translate market and client needs into clear business requirements. 
•    Provide subject matter expertise and lead the go-to-market activities to support marketing, sales, and other areas of the business to ensure revenue growth.
•    Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights, gain subject matter expertise, understand impact to scalability, leverage resources and knowledge across broader teams   
•    Possess strong decision-making skills and the ability to provide clarity throughout the development lifecycle.  Decisions will have significant impact on the business, department and clients. 
•    Establish effective working relationships with clients and vendors 
•    Responsible for all aspects of the lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
•    Define, track and measure key success metrics.
•    Ownership of the product roadmap.
•    Represent the vision of the product to the internal business and clients.
•    Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to ensure business goals are met.
•    Manage multiple projects simultaneously
•    Communicate effectively with different audiences with the appropriate level of detail and context.

The successful candidate will have


Must Have Skills:
•    Minimum 4 years related experience in hospitality, product management, business analysis or SDLC roles.
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, but not required
•    Advanced computer software skills.  
•    Solid technical background with an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.  
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Ability to handle multiple projects.
