What you will achieve

Sabre hospitality solutions is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager.  As part of the platform product team, this role is responsible for identifying, understanding, defining and prioritizing business and market needs.   Responsible for new products and features and taking them through the product lifecycle.   The ideal candidate is smart, curious and not afraid to challenge the status quo.

As a Senior Product Manager you will:  

•    Translate market and client needs into clear business requirements 
•    Provide subject matter expertise and lead the go-to-market activities to support marketing, sales and other areas of the business to ensure revenue growth.
•    Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best architecture and development methodology to create products with stability, scalability and great user experience. 
•    Establish effective working relationships with clients and vendors 
•    Possess strong decision-making skills and the ability to provide clarity throughout the development lifecycle.  Decisions will have significant impact on the business, department and clients.
•    Manage multiple projects simultaneously
•    Communicate effectively with different audiences with the appropriate level of detail and context.
•    Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights, gain subject matter expertise, understand impact to scalability, leverage resources and knowledge across broader teams

The successful candidate will have

Must Have Skills:
 • Bachelors degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field; Retail/E-Commerce experience would be a significant plus
 • 3-5 years related experience in retail, e-commerce, product management, or business analysis.  
• Advanced computer software skills.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to handle multiple projects.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Have Skills:
•    Hospitality experience. 
•    SDLC background 

Important: We are looking for someone with retail industry product development/management experience to work on an industry changing technology.
