What you will achieve


The Sales Operations Analyst:

  • Provides insights and perspective to SVP of Sales and other global regional leaders on business performance and key initiatives
  • Drives initiatives in support of sales goals, sales effectiveness, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborates regionally and globally in developing/enhancing standardized process, reports, and programs that facilitate efficient sales operations, effective sales execution, and improved management insight
  • Performs analysis and summarizes insights on sales performance, makes operational recommendations to the sales leadership
  • Prepares and/or consolidates presentations to communicate financial, sales, and operational performance to Sabre executive leadership, sales leadership, sales teams, and other audience

The successful candidate will have the following


Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred, but not required)
  • 3-5 years relevant professional experience in sales operations, sales support and/or operational support in a business-to-business sales organization including 1-3 years of analytics experience
  • Extensive experience in developing high quality written materials, including presentations, reports, project documentation
  • Experience in global organizations (preferred)
  • Experience using Salesforce (preferred)

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including summarizing information for executive consumption
  • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen displaying the highest ethical standards and impeccable character
  • Excellent ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment, including both regional teams and global teams
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Ability to coordinate and execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Successful track record of ensuring process compliance and driving improvements to standardized processes
  • Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. Proficiency in using CRM and business analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Einstein Analytics)
  • Knowledge of a Sales methodology such as Miller Heiman (preferred)
