Job Description

Sabre Hospitality Solutions serves more than 32,000 hotel properties worldwide. As Sabre’s fastest-growing business unit, we provide a comprehensive suite of best-in-class solutions to empower hotels and hotel chains to better market and sell their products, improve guest experience and provide true hospitality.


This role is focused on new logo sales for a territory within North America. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, experience selling the technology that powers it, a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, and the ability to produce excellent work and take enthusiastic ownership of their results. What will you achieve?

  • Primary responsibility for sourcing and securing agreements with net-new-logos hotel chains within North America
  • Management of all aspects of the commercial sales process with prospective clients
  • Crafting strategic sales plans to attain and exceed quarterly and annual quotas
  • Effectively represent all products and services Sabre Hospitality has to offer and think outside the box to help prospects find the right solutions for their business problems and ensure all areas of mutual opportunity are uncovered
  • Actively prospects, makes contact with potential customers, and provides business and administrative product information and/or delivers product demonstrations to customers
  • Coordinate across departments and teams to ensure project and contract deliverables are met in a timely fashion to meet/exceed client expectations
  • Negotiation, development, interpretation, and execution of client contracts; ensuring obligations are met from both client and Sabre perspectives and smartly and thoughtfully ensuring a successful implementation
  • Evangelization within the Hospitality Industry for Sabre’s portfolio of products – you will have a finger on the pulse of all industry challenges, and how Sabre’s solutions could be beneficial for prospective customers


Job Requirements

Must Have Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of travel industry technology sales experience (Similar technology company or OTA)
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry, experience working in and with hotels
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and revenue goals
  • Can create convincing proposals, documentation, and presentations
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills delivering complex solutions in an easy to understand manner
  • Ability to identify, communicate, and connect with key decision makers
  • Ability to lead and direct multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within an organization


Nice To Have Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent
  • Experience as a revenue management or distribution professional
  • Experience using Salesforce as a CRM, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Formal training in a sales methodology, preferably Miller Heiman

 This role will involve some travel to attend team, industry or client functions and to lead in person meetings with prospects; travel will vary between 10-25% of time.
