Job Description

Radixx is looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst, who loves finding simpler solutions to complex problems. In this role you will be responsible for understanding the true business needs behind complex customer requirements required to design, specify and validate relevant solutions. This Subject Matter Expert will dedicate their focus on an airline customer to understand business needs and leverage relevant technology to help create effective solutions. You will work with existing and potential airline customers to identify business requirements, provide sales and implementation support, and identify business process changes. This position involves collaboration with clients, industry organizations, and other stakeholders to identify and address complex problems and to deliver solid, successful products and solutions that support our customer’s objectives. The Business Analyst will be a subject matter expert on core travel industry systems functionality.

This is a remote job and can be based anywhere in the U.S. 


Essential responsibilities:

  • Assist with user acceptance testing to ensure system specifications in line with customer needs
  • Define a test plan strategy, provide acceptance criteria, and support the process with quality driven success measures
  • Interface with customer during functional validation testing and implementation phases
  • Liaison between developers, architects, designers, and external and internal customers
  • Gain an understanding of the organization's business processes relevant to project goals
  • Identify customers' needs by understanding the business requirements and recommend solutions that are fit for purpose and address end to end business needs
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and customers toward identifying the scope of the requirement Ask
  • Analyze and elaborate with mock-ups and functional specs, as well as acceptance criteria
  • Participate and conduct demos, workshops, design reviews and plan execution for newly implemented solutions
  • Analyze requirements to recommend possible solutions with minimal disruption to existing flow
  • Ensure communication is aligned amongst our internal teams to ensure a consistent message is delivered to our customers


A successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is required
  • Around 5 years of Business Analysis experience
  • Airline industry experience is required, strong preference with airline product experience
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver relevant solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and mathematical analysis skills 
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and end-to-end ownership 
  • Prior experience with airline industry preferred, for a shorter learning curve
  • Familiarity with Agile and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Methodologies
  • JIRA familiarity preferred
  • 10% travel (when corporate travel resumes) to airline customers when needed
