Contributing Product Manager in Hotel Operations and Fulfillment

The Hospitality Solutions team is passionate about helping hotels and our people succeed, and are continually looking for forward-thinking, creative people who value the same. This role will primarily support Sabre Hospitality Solutions on-property fulfillment application(s).  You will drive successful outcomes through research and documenting hotel business needs and help guide and refine solutions to problems.  You will provide direction to and ensure Development, User Experience and Technical Product team(s) meet market fit as they build and refine applications.   You will also contribute input to product release schedule(s), be aware of and help manage the annual investment plan and act as subject matter expert for internal teams and customers.   


•    Contribute to and help manage a roadmap(s) in collaboration with your team and key stakeholders.  
•    Help communicate feature and product information to internal and external audiences. 
•    Engage with application engineering teams to help deliver features to production and drive hotel problem resolution.
•    Engage with customers to promote, support and enable product adoption and success.
•    Provide release support in the form acceptance testing, knowledge sharing, release notes and other communications to both internal and external teams.
•    Monitor hotel technology trends and identify areas of innovation relative to distinct competencies and market / business needs.
•    Act as evangelist and subject matter expert for your product(s), both internally and externally.

The successful candidate will have


Education and Experience

•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred. 
•    2-3 years working with or in a multi-hotel environment desirable.  
•    5-8 years of Hotel Operations Experience; multiple departments preferred or equivalent experience interacting with Hotel Operations Stakeholders.  
•    Experience with and expertise in a single or multiple Hotel Property Management Technologies is highly desirable. 
•    Experience with Housekeeping process and systems. 
•    Experience with Sales and Catering process and systems. 

This role requires the ability to display expertise and lead through influence in Hotel Operations to a cross-functional team of stakeholders that include technology, sales, marketing, customer care, external partners and most importantly with customer personas at all levels of Hotel Operations teams.
