What you will achieve


Sabre is looking to hire a Product Manager to join our Loyalty and Customer Profiles team.  We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Product Manager who can help us define our product vision and lead its execution. This Principal level leader will be responsible for the strategic identification, definition and delivery of solutions and feature capabilities in support of our airline IT side of the business.  The Product Manager lays out the terms of the why, what and when that defines the product that the technology teams build. A successful candidate will be able to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. In addition to responding to airlines proposals, will work closely with the account teams to strategize on opportunities to win in the market place.
Essential responsibilities include:
 
•    Lead E2E Product Management initiatives 
•    Identify market opportunities and accordingly define product vision and strategy. 
•    Develop product roadmaps 
•    Document and prioritize product features and capabilities
•    Identify initial solution requirements through discovery sessions with customers
•    Provide strategic recommendations based on data trends/insights across channels, for product improvements, and new features development.
•    Work with commercial and sales teams to identify and generate new business opportunities
•    Guide product/service and solution design execution with technology partners
•    Support product pricing definition to meet revenue and profitability goals for the business segment
•    Manage and prepares executive presentations around roadmap and investment planning and forecast
•    Drive our data-driven competitive landscape analysis, generating forward-looking product investment recommendations and identifying differentiators

The successful candidate will have


•    Exceptional product management and high-level solution design experience
•    Expert use case and feature writing definition skills
•    Comfortable in fast changing environment, with frequently changing demands, building and managing relationships with cross business and technology stakeholders
•    Customer first oriented approach, with sensitivity towards cultural differences around the world
•    Influential skills to motivate others to sprint towards aggressive goals in ways that engenders excitement and ownership.
•    Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills, with focus on outcome-based delivery
•    Exceptional communications skills with the ability to articulate product and business relationships and their benefits
•    Highly proficient with Microsoft product suite, Teams, agile methodology and tools
•    Working knowledge of Rally, JIRA, Salesforce Cases, MS Teams and CRM/project management software
•    Experience working in a team-oriented, highly collaborative environment is essential
•    Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
•    Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skills
•    Resourceful, action-oriented individual who possesses a sense of urgency and knows how to overcome obstacles to get things done in a timely fashion
•    Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and has a proven ability to operate well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 
•    Ability to travel up to 25% for customer and industry meetings as well as NDC/Sabre events
•    Bachelor’s degree preferred
