What you will achieve

Principal – Demand Generation (Hospitality Solutions)

Sabre Hospitality is looking for an experienced Demand Generation Specialist. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for delivering a consistent brand experience across all channels, building coherent customer journeys and helping ensure our digital marketing campaigns are highly effective. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer journey development and web UX, experience of developing content strategies to support these journeys, knowledge of SEO and keyword development and be skilled in using data and analytics to identify and action improvements. They will be comfortable working across the marketing team to understand business needs, reconcile competing priorities, and be skilled in influencing multiple stakeholders to gain support for new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
•    Collaborate across functions and silos to support marketing campaigns and events 
•    Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on recommended changes 
•    Develop customer journeys to and through Sabre Hospitality web properties (primarily sabrehospitality.com) to influence and generate interest within key customer segments
•    Map current state to recommended ways of working, partnering with the marketing team, sales, and operations teams
•    Collaborate with the web team to create the best possible web UX
•    Help develop “Always On” content plans for key audiences, identifying available/missing content and helping structure multi-channel nurture plays 
•    Build and deliver the SEO strategy, defining keywords, influencing content development and managing organic and paid search activity
 

The successful candidate will have


•    5+ years digital marketing experience, ideally with global, b2b technology companies
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•    Proven ability to build coherent customer journeys and implementing content strategies across web, email, and social
•    Strong understanding of SEO, especially keyword and on page content development. A good understanding of technical aspects of SEO, and use of platforms like SEMRush an advantage
•    Experience of using marketing analytics and data to drive decision making
•    Experienced in leading projects with excellent project management skills. ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver on multiple projects at once
•    Comfortable with ambiguity and self-drive to independently organize and lead digital activities globally, having accountability for results and deliverables
•    Highly motivated, deadline driven and highly efficient with proven experience of delivering against plans, achieving targets and meeting deadlines
•    Knowledge of Marketing Automation approaches to “Always On” and nurture plays an advantage, but not critical
