Job Description

Sabre Hospitality Solutions is a division of Sabre dedicated to serving hotel customers, providing them with multiple booking platforms, call center services, property management systems, central reservation systems, and connectivity solutions to hundreds of global internet booking channels. We are seeking a technically strong, highly collaborative and quality-driven leader for the Manager of Global Integrations.

Manager Global Integrations

Responsibilities:

In this role you will manage a global team of Integration Analysts responsible for the integration of hundreds of various third-party vendor interfaces with SynXis Central Reservations System and SynXis Property Hub

You'll serve as the product owner for integration delivery and support efforts to create commercial proposals for strategic and enterprise level customers, respond and lead efforts to address service delivery escalations, and support the development and execution of strategic new customer migration plans

In pursuit of continuous improvement, identify ways to improve the integration process and tools to deliver high quality interfaces faster and at scale

Define and deliver processes and procedures to ensure new connectivity with Sabre Hospitality Solutions products resulting in high quality interface integrations

Work closely with the SHS Certification Team to continuously improve onboarding and validation of new connectivity partners with enhanced processes, documentation and automation

Work with internal and external customers to understand Sabre Hospitality Solution products, business processes, troubleshoot issues, analyze and write detailed defects, and provide solutions

Work with Platform Team to ensure platform stability, release deployment and availability of the Production environment.

Partner closely with cross-functional technical and business team members including Implementations, Sales and Account Management, Customer Support, Technology, Product Management, Development, and Quality Assurance.

Ensure security compliance policies are followed by way of third-party security audits, the monitoring of approved users sending data to the SHS platform, and collaboration with SHS teams to improve SHS technology safeguards and discuss permissive users.

Work with Partner Management Team to create/define pricing for SHS products and services.

Job Requirements

6+ years of people management experience with proven ability to inspire, coach, train and mentor team members.

8+ years of previous hospitality or travel technology experience.  Sabre Hospitality Solutions product knowledge preferred.

3+ years of working with API integrations.

Demonstrated leadership ability in customer and/or partner-facing setting.   

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and time management skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build collaborative relationships.

Excel in analyzing complex problems and providing creative solutions.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities in fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Skill and/or Experience

SynXis CR and/or SynXis Property Hub

Experience with Rally

API testing / posting Tools (IE. SoapUI, Frontman), REST API integrations

Relational databases (Oracle, SQL) and/or SPLUNK queries

Experience with Content Distribution, Payment Processing Systems, on-premise hotel systems

Experience with Salesforce

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business or Hospitality Management.
