What you will achieve


We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer / eLearning developer to support our customer and business partner education. eLearning is one of several modalities of training we offer to support customer product adoption. As a thorough understanding of our products leads to greater application and success, and successful customers are our biggest advocates and best marketing, we know how critical this role is to our customers' success.

In this role you will: 
•    Engage with product, development, operational SMEs, customers and other internal stakeholders to lead and collaborate on learning needs for software updates and rollouts
•    Conduct analysis of collaboration to design and develop impactful eLearning strategies and solutions that align to support product adoption/optimization and change management
•    Design adult, learner-centric full and microlearning online courses with animations and knowledge checks 
•    Design, develop and deliver strategic learning solutions designed to promote audience success and drive impact
•    Proactively encourage customers and colleagues to engage with the products we offer to achieve and exceed their goals
•    Apply graphic and layout design to all team deliverables including website content, learning courses, presentations for senior management, instructional videos, documentation and publications

The successful candidate will have


Must Have Skills:
•    Content development experience in a Technology organization, preferably SAAS
•    A portfolio of work that includes several professional learning projects with examples of work highlighting many of the following:
o    eLearning
o    Graphic design
o    Mobile
o    Websites
o    Virtual Classrooms
•    Solid background and understanding of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or other industry best practices.
•    Experience measuring training results beyond basic evaluations, and is able to provide specific examples
•    Able to work directly with stakeholders and capable of resolving related challenges in a professional manner
•    Experience using learning management systems and creating SCORM compliant modules
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint), Publisher, Captivate, Camtasia, and Articulate360
•    Related bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the learning and development field
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills


Nice To Have Skills:
•    2 years minimum skills using Articulate 360 suite for design 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Computer Science or related field
•    Experience in the hospitability industry
•    Ability to synthesize heavy documentation and make it simpler for learners
