As a key member of the Sabre Hospitality Solutions (SHS) product management portfolio integration team, you will play a critical role in driving performance across the product portfolio.  
The portfolio integration team


  • Leads the annual product strategy review process across the product portfolio, working closely with product managers and other stakeholders
  • Delivers robust analysis on market size, growth, and trends by segment/geography as well as customer and competitor insights to inform strategy decisions
  • Provides insight into financial drivers of performance as well as supports investment analysis and pricing strategy
  • Leads the program management of large scale, cross function go-to-market (GTM) activities
  • Driving cross-platform process improvement and standardization efforts
  • Manages the development prioritization processes to support feature developments

    Role and Responsibilities  
  • Work closely with the Sr. Director of Portfolio Integration & Roadmap Execution, VP of Product Management, the executive leadership team, product managers, and stakeholders from every functional organization across the business to lead the go-to-market (GTM) launch of new products.
  • This role will be instrumental in delivering the following:
  • Build and maintain an integrated project plan that includes detailed milestones, activities, dependencies, and timelines
  • Lead seamless coordination across all workstreams including Product Management, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, & Operations
  • Ensure a clear understanding of the critical path to deliver a product to general availability
  • Lead cross-functional workshops with all GTM workstreams to identify and plan for interdependencies across workstreams
  • Lead regular executive level steering committee meetings with the BU president and executive team on the product launch
  • Reporting progress against timelines and deliverables with particularly focus on identifying and escalating risks to on-time delivery of product launch
  • Establish best practices and tools for supporting GTM product launches in a standard and repeatable way

A successful candidate will have:

Must Have Skills:

  • 4+ years of technology project management experience with an IT consulting firm
  • Highly effective at working across functions to build workplans and drive alignment
  • Deep experience with Microsoft Project
  • Comfort communicating with all levels of management
  • Excellent presentation skills in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience working with large, globally dispersed, multi-functional organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in business management or technology
  • Ability to travel 10%
