Job Description
Under general supervision, responsible for interfacing with customers prior to and/or after sale. Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Provides account management, service and consulting to existing, new and conversion clients, includes selling products/services/solutions to benefit the customer and increase productivity. Establish and manage an effective business relationship with customers/associates via innovative strategies to maximize sales and/or bookings. Recommends changes in policies and procedures in order to maximize revenue generation and manage account margin.
Job Requirements
EDUCATION: Please contact your Human Resources Representative. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years related experience. Advanced computer software skills. Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
