Job Description

 

Based in Bangkok, Thailand. 

 

  • Providing secretarial & administrative support to manager
  • Providing clerical and operations support. 
  • Issue PR and PO by comply with Company policies
  • To control and advise the other admin staffs in order to make sure that the company have a good condition area clean and tidy
  • To contact with government about document’s company.
  • Assist staff on Admin work.
  • Provide indirect cost report to control budget: stationeries, printing, and other indirect expenses.
  • Work for assigned projects

Job Requirements

 

  • University Graduate or Diploma
  • Able to communicate in Thai and English (Writing, reading and Speaking)
  • Pleasant personality
  • Tidy and Organised
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel and Power Point required)
  • Need to be flexible to the tight schedule.
  • If extra duties are assigned, should be able to adjust with minimal resistance.
  • To work within the team and with other department.
