Job Description

Under general direction, responsible for conducting complex technical training courses for customers and/or employees in the use of multiple products. Interfaces with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses. Develops and conducts classroom training programs for employees, customers, vendors and/or associates. Administers assessments and evaluates student's academic progress. Serves as a liaison with departments or divisions to ensure existing training programs meet customer needs. Interface with customer and functional organizations to develop course content. May be responsible for maintenance of department hardware assets and a liaison to department managers in support of the environment.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION: Please contact your Human Resources Representative. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years related experience. Advanced computer software skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multiple projects.
