Digital Workspace Operation team act as the L3 support and provides IT support for the entire organization and ensure that the environment is secure and stable.

Role Details

Administration, and support of the O365 tenant and workplace related services and applications. This includes: O365 tenant administration, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for business, Security and Protection, Management of Azure AD, Intune, Mobile Device Management.

• Provide overall Office 365 security expertise including strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection, Information Rights Management, single sign-on and multi-factor authentication and related technologies (including Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security, SSPR).
• Power Automate, Power Apps.
• Windows Defender ATP.
• Experience on MS exchange hybrid environment.
  • PowerShell scripting skills desired
  • Experience on migration projects & PowerShell scripting.
  • Data Loss Prevention, Archiving, eDiscovery and Compliance
  • Managing Enterprise Applications and SSO.
• Active Directory and Identity management On-premise AD.
