Job Description

Under general direction, responsible for definition and delivery of complex specific products or product lines based upon BU priority and roadmap. Works on complex projects during definition, development and delivery. Provides advanced subject knowledge and functional support during all phases of the product life cycle from definition and delivery to market management. Utilizes knowledge of technical and business drivers to define quality products that meet the needs of customers while maintaining architectural integrity and low cost. Works with Marketing, developers and architects to define new products or enhancements to existing products. Works closely with Marketing to define product definition requiring detailed knowledge of products, systems and customer business processes. May manage development budget in coordination with Marketing. Coordinates delivery of functional requirements, user/training documentation and customer support plans. Works with Quality Assurance and Testing to ensure products meet market requirements. Conducts product demonstrations for internal and external customers. Supports customer questions, beta and usability testing. Develops product implementation and customer support plans consistent with Product Marketing launch.

Job Requirements
