Job Description


  • Under general direction, plans and manages the successful installation of equipment, software, and infrastructure
  • Plans and manages project/release schedules and budgets
  • Monitors project/release from initiation through delivery
  • Monitors project delivery schedule and resource requirements
  • Under general supervision performs activities coordinating the software and/or hardware release process from development to production.
  • May utilizes knowledge of technical and business drivers to define quality products that meet the needs of customers while maintaining architectural integrity and low cost.
  • Works with Development and Engineering teams to ensure product is reliable, secure, redundant, scalable, and operationally ready for Production.
  • Design, implement and improves upon efficient project management processes, criteria, procedures, templates and reports.
  • Use Rally and SNOW to track and manage project deliverables.
  • Leverage knowledge of agile to effectively manage projects.
  • Work closely with multiple internal groups, which include Development, Service Owners, Engineering, Security, OCC, Capacity Planning and Performance Engineering teams.
  • Monitors adherence to the Technical Readiness processes, policies and procedures


Job Requirements

Desired Skills: 

  • 2-3  years of Project Management Experience. Overall 5+ years of IT exp.
  • Rally & Service Now Experience
  • Solid leadership qualities
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Good Analytical capabilities & Troubleshooting Skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience working with Remote Teams 
  • Experience working in a 24x7 fast paced Operational Environment
