Flight Plan Manager combines complete data support services — notice to airmen (NOTAMS), weather, airport suitability and airspace restrictions — with real-time alerts, enabling airlines to manage by exception. The 4-D cost optimization functionality, route, altitude, speed and time are simultaneously analyzed to create an optimal and compliant with airspace regulations flight path that accounts for fuel costs, CO2 emissions and delays.

You will be involved in planning and deploying highly complex functional and technical systems, in a demanding environment thorough analysis, troubleshooting and diagnostics in a customer centric fast paced environment. We are looking for experienced individuals to join our Flight Plan Manager team.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve complex business problems using differing technologies and systems views across multiple functional domains
  • Serve as conduit between developers, architects, designers and with external and internal customers.
  • Document, review and edit requirements and technical specifications and recommendations related to projects
  • Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner
  • Consistently deliver high-quality service to customers
  • Program/software installations and issues troubleshooting
  • Provide technical support to customer on the application and its functionality

Must have:

  • Profound knowledge of installing, administrating and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server & complex networks
  • Good understanding of database concepts and Microsoft SQL
  • Understanding of business requirements, technical issues and challenges
  • Experience in requirements review and creation of technical design documents
  • Ability to coordinate and work with multiple global teams
  • Ability to innovate and be creative
  • Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
  • Flexibility to travel (25%)
