Job Description:
Responsible for scope, roadmap prioritization and end to end product life cycle management.  Aligning and driving product direction with Product Managers, Development, Customers, internal leadership, and other stakeholders.  You will also be responsible for documentation of requirements including user stories and other artifacts and for acceptance of stories and demonstration and validation of implementation with stakeholders.
 In this role you will cooperate with product managers and development teams to deliver features, support long-term product vision, and own continuous refinement of team backlog, offering the functional knowledge necessary for the delivery of the best product and solution.
Job Responsibilities:
•    Product subject-matter expert (SME) inside scrum teams
•    Analyze, triage and troubleshoot maintenance issues
•    Provide day-to-day support to scrum teams
•    Act as primary point of contact for scope elaboration
•    Collaborate primarily with scrum teams, product manager, and other stakeholders as necessary, to deliver the products within the timeline and budget
•    Interact with Product Management, Clients and Development Team to define detailed requirements and perform in-depth analysis of possible solutions
•    Understand, interpret, and translate business requirements into necessary design and documentation
•    Performing backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization
•    Creation and update of functional documentation
•    Acceptance/sign off of team stories at completion
•    Demos (internal or external, as needed)
•    Be involved throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line
Experience Required
•    Experience in Ticketing. Should be able to read and construct a ticket & its related elements. IATA certified with consultant certification is an added advantage.
•    Should be able to understand all the data elements in ticketing & PNR.
•    Experience in proration & should be able to manually prorate tickets. IATA certified with prorate passenger certification is an added advantage.
•    Should be proficient with prorate rules and industry changes.
•    Should know the airline tax rules & its related procedures mainly (YQ & YR functionality) 
•    Has excellent understanding of business application.
•    Experience in Analytical tools will be an added advantage. Conducting and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. 
•    Should be able to understand the data elements and create future use cases for product enhancement. 
•    Communicate well - Provide clear, concise communication internally as well as with the customers.
•    Ability to lead through ambiguous situations and seek clarity
•    Take End to end accountability of product development touching Requirements, Design, Development, Deployment, testing and Support.
•    Mentor dev & testing teams with the new updates and or customer requirements. 
•    Mentor any new members on the products
Education
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Master preferred 


 

Job Requirements

EDUCATION: Please contact your Human Resources Representative. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 8 years related experience. CSM preferred. Advanced computer software skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to organize and conduct training or workshops for large groups ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously; ability to delegate work to subordinate or less experienced team members; proven leadership ability.
