Job Description

Responsible for the P&L, strategy & vision, and business requirements for Sabre In-flight product.  This role will report directly to the product management leader for Sabre In-flight and Airport solution, working in a matrixed organization to drive business results. Responsible for scope, roadmap prioritization, business case and end to end product life cycle management.   

Product Management

Align & drive product direction with Customers, Development, internal Leadership and other key stakeholders.
Build business case to support key investments.  
Maximize ROI on funding provided  
Launch new products to Market

Customer Focus

With a handful of big sized & strongly invested customer community it’s important to form strong customer relationships.
Empathy for users and ability to build trust with customer leadership would be pivotal in defining the next chapter for the solution.
Sales Support

Support Product Demonstrations
Respond to RFPs
Contribute to Sales Proposals (Pricing, Proposal strategy, competitive differentiation etc.)

Team Leadership

Align & motivate internal teams towards a shared goal.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION: Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Master preferred

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 8 years related experience; Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others at all levels of the organization.  Exceptional product management, problem solving and decision- making capabilities.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, meet deadlines, ensure quality and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, service- oriented environment.
