Job Description

Learning Administrator role is to support Global Talent Management function. This is a global supporting role and therefore working in shift is an important requirement. Daily working shift would be 4 pm to 1 am India time. 
In this role, applicant should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. He/she should also be a reliable problem-solver and with strong project management skills.


  • Create class schedules in mycareer supporting various learning activities across the globe. 
  •  Be a single point of contact for all learning/training schedules, venue management, vendors, and participants. 
  •  Participate in creating and implementing training programs schedules—using mycareer, outlook calendars etc. 
  •  Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
  •  Book classrooms and ensure they’re properly set up
  • Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)
  • Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants
  • Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
  • Resolve issues as they arise onsite/offsite/virtual. 
  • Submit reports on training activities and results
  • Create Post training surveys and gather results. 
  • Ensure employees and vendors follow established policies
  • Take the responsibility of learning administration of our online-ondemand learning portals, including linkedin, coursera, etc. 

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role. Understanding of success factor learning admin tool is a must. 
  • Experience in project management, data management and intermediate data analysis. 
  • Knowledge of office procedures and billing
  • Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Undergraduate with minimum 8 years of experience. Graduation is preferred. 
  • Should be willing to work in US time shifts.
