Job Description

Contributor Software Engineering– Java/Reactjs developer

Responsibilities:
•    Develops, codes, tests and debugs new and existing, moderately complex, software solutions.
•    Applies best software development practices.
•    Contributes to all phases of software development life cycle.
•    Performs code reviews to ensure quality standards.
•    Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them.
•    Clarifies and resolves customer requests with software
•    May work with remote technical teams in various aspects of software development.
•    May assist in development of software technical documentation.
Job Requirements
EXPERENCE: minimum 2 years related experience
EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in Computer science or Engineering preferred,
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Good knowledge of the Java 8 programming language
• Must have Full Stack development experience.
• Experience in XML/Web Services technologies (SOAP, REST) is required.
• Must have HTML5/ReactJS/ECMAScript 6 experience.
• Familiarity with TDD practices and testing libraries e.g. Junit, TestNG, Mockito
• Experience with tools like Git, IntelliJ, Maven
• Good communication skills in English, written and verbal
• Familiarity with XML/Web Services technologies (SOAP, REST)
• Experience with the GCP platform, and tools like Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience in using and maintaining CI/CD pipelines on Jenkins
