Sabre’s Operations Research Consulting and Professional Services practice is seeking a motivated professional to deliver complex products or product lines to our customers. Provides implementation services to airlines worldwide to help address organizational and business challenges or to improve performance, through adoption of IT solutions. Provides general knowledge and functional support during all phases of the product life cycle from delivery and to support. Delivers functional requirements, user/training and customer support. Conducts product demonstrations for internal and external customers. Supports customer questions, beta and usability testing. Develops product implementation and customer support plans. Analyzes data, works with analytical models, improves systems, conducts statistical analyses for our airline clients worldwide and participates in client engagements. The individual must be analytical, yet creative enough to see how the pieces of information come together and what it means to the broader organization on an implementation project. The successful candidate will be required to understand the underlying business problem, extract and manipulate any needed data, and design and test analytical models. This position requires strong communication skills to work with customers, understand their business problems, present results and partner with them throughout the engagement and implementation. This role requires travel (much of it international) up to 75%.

Job Requirements


Master’s in Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems or a similar field.


  • Must understand optimization models and computational complexity.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with airline data and technology implementation is preferable as well as a strong understanding of airline information technology systems.
  • Ability to work in multicultural settings and cross-functionally is critical to success. Multi-lingual preferred.


Programming experience is mandate especially with statistics packages (R or Python) optimization (ILOG/CPLEX), simulation, and general programing (SQL, Java, Visual Studio C++) are good to have.
