Job Description

Under direct supervision, provides customer service and account management to medium and large accounts. The position is responsible for Customer Service, Contract Management, Billing, Reporting and Ordering tasks. Job tasks include but are not limited to: building strong relationships with customers, acting as main point of contact to address questions, issues and provide assistance via phone or e-mail, performing contract analysis and quality controls, system setups, manual billing, portfolio preparation, invoicing, payment process, regular and ad-hoc reporting, new account creation/deletion, product and TA ordering, and product advocacy.

EDUCATION: Please contact your Human Resources Representative. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year experience. Proficient computer software skills. Good written and verbal communication skills.
