Job Description

Job DescriptionThis position provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the Payroll & HR operations department in Bangalore/India location.

  • Closely work with the senior/contributor. 
  • Assist in various payroll reconciliation and report preparation.
  • Compilation of data for various audit purposes as requested by auditors
  • Recording and updating various payroll trackers/control files.
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail

Employee related matters

  • Timely respond to large volume of email from employees.
  • Response to employee queries received through jabber/phone.
  • Support employee help desk
  • Taking and distributing messages/requests.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in commerce / MBA Finance


  • 1-2 years in payroll & HR operations of large number of employees
  • Experience working with a Payroll & Leave / Attendance / Absence Management software.
  • Good Knowledge on Human Resources, Labor Laws, etc.


  • Excellent computer software skills,  able to work with large MS Excel files
  • Efficient in document/record  keeping/management (hard & soft copies)
  • Good analytical and mathematical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and to work focused to accomplish deadlines with accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Teamwork
